Today’s Photo is “Opening“. I glazed some pieces yesterday and was anxious to get to the studio this morning to see how they came out. Here is a picture of me first opening the kiln and what I saw, to my delight! (Often, I have opened the kiln and squealed – not in delight but horror of the bad glaze combo or blown to bits piece inside). Not today! Today was sheer happiness. Hooray!
